Within the last two years our specialist Business Space team have designed and project managed interior fit outs on behalf of investment and occupier clients across the southern half of the UK including “Loft” style common areas refurbishments on behalf of Workspace Group Plc together with office fit outs in Bristol & Bath including c.18,000sq.ft of space at Waterfront, Welshback and 7,000sq.ft of Grade A space on Queen Square, Bath.

We have also successfully carved a niche in the SME Nursery & Pre-School with four new nursery facilities completed and ongoing within the last 6 months.
