3SIXTY’s Dilapidations Consultancy has been appointed to prepare and undertake an exit strategy on behalf of a retained commercial occupier client in order to mitigate their overall exposure associated with Dilapidation Liabilities upon lease expiry.

Occupying a modern self-contained 10,000sq.ft office building in Leatherhead, following an initial appraisal of liabilities by our specialist team we were able to prepare and advise upon a robust strategy in order to achieve a saving in liability approaching 100% of the Landlords original claim by undertaking thorough research of the market and the intentions of the Landlord moving forwards post lease expiry.

This latest success demonstrates our broad capabilities in presenting robust Dilapidations Strategies in order to mitigate out client’s overall exposure to liabilities at lease expiry. This latest appointment also follows on the back of our success in Mediation against Thomas Cook, whereby we were able to secure a significant proportion of our original claim despite the Tenant Surveyors delays and frustrations in negotiations.
