One Brunswick Square - Acquisition Due-diligence provided

Following the £6 million refurbishment of Bristol’s One Brunswick Square our Building Consultancy were appointed to provide acquisition due-diligence advice to assist with our client’s proposed leasehold interest.

The building provides a total of 50,000 sq.ft of Grade A open plan office space situated in the heart of Bristol City Centre, of which our client was proposing to acquire the top floor equating to 12,000 sq.ft.

A detailed survey of the third floor was undertaken together with a full inspection of the roof and external fabric of the building to ensure our client was fully appraised on both the condition of their individual demise and the building as a whole, for which they would have a liability towards by way of service charge.

Following issue of our report 3SIXTY have since been retained to provide further assistance liaising with our client’s solicitor and agent in the form of monitoring landlord works shortly due to be undertaken to ensure our clients liability is fully protected and mitigated.
