3SIXTY’s Building Consultancy has been appointed at the Grade 1 Listed Stanley Mill development, Stonehouse, in order to review and undertake immediate roofing works throughout.

Following the immediate commissioning of a Drone Survey, we were able to pin-point the full extent of disrepair to the roof areas throughout, inclusive of the intricate detailing to the rooflight sections incorporated within the pitches. Following recommendations, we have since instructed for the full scaffold of the former Mill building in order to provide a safe means of access to undertake the extensive roofing works.

Our involvement at the site will comprise the full Contract Administration services, CDM and Planning/Listed Building Consultations and Application.

This latest appointment follows on the back of similar sensitive appointment in recent months following our appointment by Bristol Cathedral Choir School for the full reinstatement of The Deanery following floor damage.
