3SIXTY’s Dilapidations Consultancy has been appointed by our investment client to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations on c.10,000 sq.ft of prominent period offices in central Clifton, Bristol.

Our Dilapidations Consultancy has also been retained to oversee the Negotiations with the former tenants Surveyor in order to mitigate the overall exposure and liability to our client as a result of the former tenant’s failure to comply with their lease obligations.

This latest appointment follows a number of other appointments of our Dilapidations Consultancy in recent week including two former HSBC branches in Bristol and a 15,000sq.ft head office building in Leatherhead, Surrey.
