3SIXTY’s Project Management and Architectural teams have been appointed by Albion Chambers to prepare the first phase of feasibility advise in respect of their office accommodation in central Bristol.

With their offices forming a proportion of the proposed new five-star hotel development at the former Guildhall Law Courts, located between Small Street and Broad Street, BS1, our team has been appointed to appraise the options and feasibility for a new frameless glass link to enable to existing office accommodation element of the over-arching project to be reconfigured to accommodate Albion Chambers moving forwards.

Our team is currently working upon visuals and a pre-application consultation with Bristol City Planning department together with budget costs for the works to create a high-end refurbishment suitable for their operational and client facing requirements yet befitting of the Grade 1-Listed space.

This latest appointment follows on the back of the recent completion of Manor House, a private ward facility at Woodbourne Priory and also following the recent high-end refurbishment at 9 Queen Square, Bristol, where clients recognise the importance of Architectural advice and design that is multi-disciplinary led and not one dimensional.
