Priory Group appoint 3SIXTY’s Dilapidations Consultancy

3SIXTY’s Dilapidations Consultancy has been retained by Priory Group in regards to a 10,000sq.ft modern office building located in Leatherhead, Surrey.

The space has been entirely sub-let and as such, our involvement has evolved to prepare a Dilapidations Exit Strategy, pre-empting the end of the lease and appraising the liability associated with our client’s Head Lease together with preparing a Terminal Claim for onward service upon the Sub-tenant.

This latest appointment continues our involvement of providing Building Consultancy Services to Priory Group spanning Acquisition, Dilapidations, Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Architectural/Project Management roles across the UK and further underlines our “partnership” approach in order to provide rapid and accountable Building Consultancy advice.
