Furthermore, by working with our Building Surveyors we are able to offer services over and above other independent practices whereby our industry leading surveyors will be on hand to ensure than any matters that arise can be swiftly and professionally handled in house – inclusive of Dilapidation matters and strategies, Planned Preventative Maintenance Surveys and the overseeing of repair and refurbishment works.
