Our Project Management and Architectural Teams have successfully completed the full refurbishment and reconfiguration works of Kilworthy House, Tavistock, a specialist education setting on behalf of a retained private healthcare client.
With a brief to provide a setting that was both a unique and distinctive environment, the location of Kilworthy House, on the edge of Dartmoor, provides an unrivalled setting to provide both residential and day care educational specialist services.
With a rapid 12-week program commitment in order to meet the new summer term, all Phase 1 works to the main property and walled garden café were completed following the main contractor operating extended working patters and 7-day weeks. Phase 2, comprising of the provision of two new contemporary classroom pods within the grounds are due to commence within the Spring 2019 term.
This latest appointment underpins our position within the specialist private healthcare sector whereby our multi-disciplinary teams are able to react within pressing timelines in order to deliver a site successfully to meet operational drivers.
