Adam started his career with Chesterton International, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and became a fundamental part of the Bristol team prior to be acquired by NAI Fuller Peiser in 2005.
In 2007, Adam and James took the opportunity to jointly establish 3SIXTY with a view of being the independent Bristol based Building Consultancy and Property Management practice of choice for investors and occupiers throughout the southern half of the UK.
Adam has a wealth of experience across the full complement of Building Surveying & Property Management disciplines but specialises in Project Management and Estate & Asset Management advice to commercial investors, occupiers and the third sector.
Adam is currently CRM for a number of key clients within our growing Property Management department.

James started his career with Lambert Smith Hampton, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and became a fundamental part of the Building Consultancy team. In 2005 James took the opportunity to join the new Bristol office of NAI Fuller Peiser to jointly set up the Building Consultancy before the partnership being acquired by BNP Paribas.
In 2007, James & Adam established 3SIXTY Real Estate where James heads up the Building & Project Consultancy team delivering commercial advice across the investment, development and occupational markets. James has a wealth of experience across the full complement of Building Surveying services but specialises in Project Management and Dilapidations together with bringing commercial advice to the private healthcare sector. James is CRM for retained client’s Priory Group, Marriott International and the Risk Protection Arrangement (RPA) for Academies.
James has recently underpinned his Dilapidations credentials on behalf of an investment client by resolving a contentious negotiation against a high street retailer via Mediation, achieving a 93% settlement.

Ed joined 3SIXTY in 2015 having successfully graduated from the University of the West of England. He has since gone on to become a Chartered Building Surveyor having successfully completed the RICS APC and is a senior member of the Building Surveying team with a wide range of experience ranging from Contract Administration, Project Management through to Dilapidations and dealing with Party Wall & Neighbourly matters.
Ed works with several retained clients within the South West from Insurers and Property Managers through to Private Developers - often advising with the initial scoping and feasibility stage of projects and then administering the works through to completion.
Ed also assists in delivering the needs of our various private healthcare clients, bringing commercial acumen to this niche and specialist sector as well as taking an active role in Project Managing complex and major loss insurance remediation projects.

Andrew joined the 3SIXTY Building Surveying team in June 2018 after successfully graduating from the University of the West of England with a First Class BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying. He has since gone on to become a Chartered Building Surveyor having successfully completed the RICS APC.
Andrew has a wide range of experience in overseeing and managing projects as a Contract Administrator from the initial inception and design through to final completion and occupation, with projects ranging from modest insurance remediation works to complex refurbishment and alteration works to specialist private healthcare facilities. Andrew also has experience in assisting clients with complex Dilapidation matters as well as navigating Party Wall & Neighbourly matters.

Oliver joined the 3SIXTY team in 2022 following his successful graduation from the University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying. Within his time at the University of Reading, Oliver gained a wide range of knowledge through his studies ranging from Project Management, Contract Administration through to Building Pathology and Dilapidations.
Joining as a Graduate Building Surveyor, Oliver is looking to gain experience within 3SIXTY in all aspects of Building Surveying to build upon his knowledge and develop a career in the commercial Building Surveying industry.
Oliver is also keen to start working towards taking the APC, with the aim of becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor in the years to come.

Laura has recently joined 3Sixty as Property Manager, having previously worked within Leasehold and Client Portfolio Management.
Laura has worked within the property sector for 20 years during which time she has gained a wealth of experience in various areas of Property Management. She prides herself on providing a professional, pragmatic approach to building management, recognising that no two buildings or client’s needs are the same.
Alongside Alex, she now oversees the day-to-day management of a number of properties within our growing Property Management Team.
