All to often, the role of Architect is ring-fenced by the individual studios resulting in unnecessary barriers within the core Project Team with consultants pulling in different directions with alternative agendas and focus. Even when this is all with the best of intentions, fractured design teams rarely yield highly appointed inspiring outcomes.

At 3SIXTY, our fully in-house creative studio is integral to each and every design-led Project that we are commissioned with. Our multi-disciplinary teams work hand-in-hand with a positive and collaborative approach in order to understand and evolve a brief to exceed any original scope whilst adopting a focus upon sustainability within an aligned commercial solution. Our studio is unlike most whereby our designers work side-by-side with our surveyors and lead consultants providing our clients with a one stop solution and single point of design and project responsibility – breaking down the barriers and perception of out-dated “multi-company project teams”.
