Our Building Consultancy has been appointed at a significant complex loss at Hereford Leisure Pools following catastrophic flooding of the basement level plant rooms on two occasions in early 2020.
Our team are well placed to work in partnership with a strop supply chain, a key main contractor in EG Carter and fellow consultants to feed in M&E expertise in order to facilitate temporary plant to attempt to re-open the facility whilst also working on the longer term renewal.
This is one of our latest complex loss projects in South Wales whereby we are also working on a further 4 key commercial sites following Storm Dennis (February 2020) including another leisure centre.
